Before You Buy Software: Take Tech Support for a Test

Features and price are important when selecting the software for your law practice, but keep tech support in mind. It won’t do you any good to buy if you haven’t “looked under the hood” and asked the salesperson specific questions about how their support works. Best-case scenario, test it out during your trial period.
